2/ Montmartre:
Mazamette and his son climb the stairs from the Rue Saint Eleuthère to the Rue Azaïs, looking for Satanas's hideout. They find it at 1 Rue Saint Eleuthère.
3/ Philippe Guérande's home:
Satanas jumps from Guérande's apartment into a waiting car; the bomb he left is thrown into the garden where it explodes. The first view is 3 Rue du Général Langlois, as in episodes 3 and 5. The garden, however, is in the grounds of the Cité Elgé; it can be seen in this photograph, to the left:
4/ trains and stations:
This train, running alongside a river, is taking Satanas to Port-Vendres where he will blow up the ship that was due to deport Irma Vep to Algeria.

Feuillade's camera had been in more or less the same position for a shot in Juve contre Fantômas (1913):
5/ Boulevard Bessières, 18e:
Irma Vep posts a letter. For more details about this location see here.
The film doesn't go to Port-Vendres, but we do see actual footage of a ship being blown up. I haven't found out where this footage comes from:
